Initial Exchange Offering
An Initial Exchange Offering is a crypto Token Generating Event (TGE) on a regulated or licensed cryptocurrency exchange such as Binance Launchpad or Huobi Prime. The crypto exchange manages the launch of the IEO on its platform. This is different from a ICO which is launched on the Issuer’s platform.

- 3
the nature of the token e.g. utility, digital payment token (DPT), security token, etc
- 4
if the token constitutes a security and applicable local laws and legislation
- 5
the Token Sales Agreement
- 6
the list of Frequently Asked Questions
- 7
issues in connection to distribution of profits and/or rewards to the Project
- 8
issues in connection to repurchase and destruction of tokens
- 9
voting issues in connection with the token under the Project (by extension, if these are rights in respect of the operation and management of the Issuer, or if these confer equity interest)
